Julietta (Watch out for spoilers!)
According to their boss window entry for Julietta, she's 140+ and you can fight her 3 times a day. I get a kind of Ursus vibe from her.
Also, there are some new +300 exp trait pots that are from Monad, one of which mentions it being related to Commerci.
