[Complete] Scheduled Maintenance - August 3, 2016

Well Kanna seems to be completely fixed now. Even maps that had Kishin in them had their spawn rates upped permanently.

That's not what I'm seeing.
As soon as Kishin dies out, respawn time goes back up to 5 seconds.
