One of the few things that NexonEU does better than NA is customer support as usually they answer between 5 minutes and 48 hours at most and are pretty user-friendly.

I actually wasn't referring to how fast they respond, but how they address certain issues (like Kannas using Kishin to glitch a map being a bannablw offense.)
