Today as part of Nexons ongoing focus to build great online games and services we announced a number of important updates about our service and portfolio to Nexon Europe players here: http://bit.ly/24GHLU0 .
We shared that Nexon Europe and Nexon America plan to combine their game and platform services and align portfolios to better position for continued growth across the Western market.
This process will bring all NXE players into the same Nexon Launcher NXA players already use as well as combining billing, customer support and all other player focused services. This will allow us to provide a more consistent and favourable experience to all Nexon players.
The transition to the new combined service platform will begin on June 8th 2016 starting with billing and account systems and will be phased through the end of the year. You wont have to take any action as you already play on the Nexon Launcher.
We hope that these changes, our new titles and our commitment to constantly improving our portfolio will provide all Nexon players with many years of great entertainment.
