Patch Available - KMST 1.2.30

Ew, they basically cut it in half... they have no reasoning behind it..? Is it not enough that it's on a pineappleing cooldown??

Pretty sure Arrow Blaster's attack speed right now in GMS is ~5.83333 hits per second...so now in the KMSt patch it's been decreased to ~5 hits per second, not an awful decrease. But still one. The Hurricane split buff is pretty nice for non-cappers, though, and might balance it out.
