Um, no, Artasi. It's when we report the same character for botting or hacking, day in and day out, week in and week out, and still see them in the game, that we know they haven't been banned...
Anyway, funny that [MENTION=5658]xparasite9[/MENTION] has been able to find some non-spambots on the ban lists in the past. Very few, but they were there. So this "problem" with the ban-lists is supposedly new?

Unfortunately, this means that if you reported a player in the past for hacking, botting, etc., you would not see their name in this list, once banned, due to the way we process permanent bans.
In the coming weeks, we will be working to correct this, as well as make the lists more clear by creating new sections, and dividing the lists into ban reasons.
