Villager is such a troll character. Hilarious and fun to play.
Pikachu is also very fun to play.
Mario feels a little better than his previous iterations.
Megaman is just, in my opinion, the worst character of the demo. His actions just are weird to me. I'm pretty sure this is only because I don't know how to use him, but he's my least favorite.

I just got this e-mail from Nintendo support. The 1pm thing was a lie.
I also just got 4 codes. I need to think about what to do with them before sending anyone any. Feel free to ask, though I can't promise anyone any.
