If you have a Boon of the Hoarder, it's extremely easy to make lots of money.
1. Pick a non-pet build
2. Stack Gold Find
3. Make T6 Game
4. Start at Greater Rift Level 1 and work your way one level at a time
It also might be a bit risky in terms of backtracking, but you can avoid the purple progress globes to kill more trash monsters to get more procs as well.
I can stack over 10000% Gold Find with the event buff and I get procs up to 150k on kills. If you're lucky, you can get a rift with lots of tiny monsters like Fallen or Scorpions. It's pretty easy to make 1m streaks.
Actually, now that I consider just how much money this makes, they might just disable this gem in Greater Rifts, since nothing is supposed to drop there to begin with.
