You might look closer and notice that the @thequinnspiracy is all lower letters instead of her current Twitter, @TheQuinnspiracy. That's because @thequinnspiracy was her old Twitter handle.

Zoe admitted to her boyfriend that she was intimate with Nathan Grayson on the Las Vegas trip. When did this trip take place? Right around March 22, when he published an article on Kotaku covering his trip. Then there's a screenshot of Stephen Totilo saying that he believes Grayson and claimed the only time Grayson mentioned Zoe in an article was on March 31st. But that's not true, as he mentioned Zoe Quinn in the comments when the story's link was posted to Facebook. You could argue that he didn't include her in the actual article, but you can't deny the testimony that Zoe gave to her now ex-boyfriend.
