What changes would you like to see in 4th job skills?

Prove it. Don't bring up other classes' mob skills that have better alternatives either!

So basically you have BMs, nontransformed Buccs, DrKs without Berserk below you. Pretty low on the pole, to be sure, but you're still not the worst.

If you get your hands out SE, you beat out Shadowers, MMs, transformed Buccs (who probably would beat you right back with SE themselves, though) and AMs that aren't ult spamming for whatever reason. But then again, that's a fairly big if.

Looking at that chart, though, AMs really don't have much to complain about without ults
All we need are higher level training maps where mobs of 4-6 actually happen relatively frequently.
