What changes would you like to see in 4th job skills?

I agree with you on everything about ultimates, but when you say this, do you mean Magician Mob attacks?

Mob attacks in general... nothing survives long enough for any other skill to mob at full size, since range is 1/2 or lower. If the lure+attack (ie. himes @ 3rd job) method came back then other mob attacks would have a chance to do proper max-target damage. Right now that doesn't happen because by 15x most classes 2hko the strongest stuff in the game. (obviously not Bowmasters since they use extremely fast weak attacks)
