So basically, anything that has these will give you a DPS boost. (Yes I'm just stating the obvious here!)
- %Boss
- Str/allstat (let's ignore 2ndstat)
- %cr
- %min/maxcritdmg
- %IgnorePDR
And I take it that everyone loves %statusignore.
I'm not considering dSE because I don't know if you have it in there or not -- dSE changes conclusions alot.
So from your cards, the list of useful stuff are:
- A Marksman [What's this doing at A? Get it to S to get Warrior's Feat (S)!]
- S Hayato
- S Shade
- S Beast Tamer
- S Demon Avenger
- S Kanna
- SS Kaiser
- S Demon Slayer
For status resist.
- S Mercedes
For valuable skills that need CD reduction.
You don't have these, but you can consider these for the card effect solely:
- Zero
%EXP is the ultimate, ultimate, ultimate modifier to the eventual outcome of killing something, aside from item drops. But this is only if you're interested in getting the EXP at all.
- Mechanic
If you have valuable buffs that have difficulty linking up cooldowns, or want to minimise cooldown time, then this is your friend. Quite healthy too... 10% of 30 seconds is 3 seconds which is quite alot.
- Xenon
Stats. Period.
For set effects, anything that gives you any of the above stuff are obviously good for you. Suffice to say, please level up your sniper.
- Bowman set (relatively insignificant)
- Thief set
- Pirate set
- 3*X sets.

A new thief(S) set gets you about a 1.5% increase in DPS, but the price is close to useless character cards. Lets ignore this.
- Pirate set gets you 6%IgnorePDR. Small as it seems, it still adds up, provided we got all 3 pirates (few have usul stuff)
