What changes would you like to see in 4th job skills?

I think most of Stereo's ideas are great and go a long way to balancing things. The people who are disagreeing are those who don't want to lose their "advantages" and be bought back to the pack. lol

Actually, I disagree with most of Stereo's changes and this is coming from somebody in the "back of the pack."
