Stereo, your proposed change to SE would be massively imba. The classes that are most affected by SE are also the ones that would do the least damage without it being the way it is.
I agree with the Snipe boost, probably 2500% and 100% chance to crit for +0% damage (aesthetic reasons only) would cut it.
Hamstring and Blind are as good as passive, they're just buffs.
I don't get why people keep saying make Berserk some value way over 200%. DrKs are about on par with Heroes, just give them 220% or some more W. Att or something and make Berserk more usable and they'll be set. I like the HP pool idea.
