You leveled the fastest in 3rd job, and could pretty much semi afk in most parties. If you didn't want to play a support class, you should have looked up the word cleric, before clicking it.

They're supposed to be an attacking class, they should have one of the highest DPS's in the game(one of, not saying they should be highest). They should have some sort of purpose in bosses. But they don't.

I'm sorry to berate you so badly, but what you suggest is HORRIBLE. It's not balancing, it's simply duplication. Balance does not involve making everything the same. It involves leveling separate things out.
