Booster is the only one of these skills that can be used before level 27-30, and having one zkill maxed is always better than having a few points in another.

I went 19 Mastery, Max FA, 9 Booster (Because 90 seconds syncs up well with max PG), Max PG, Max Threaten, the last point of Mastery, and now Max Booster.
