What changes would you like to see in 4th job skills?

Some changes I would like to see:

Bowmasters:
Hamstring should work on bosses.
Phoenix should critical.

both of those i would like lots
plus a higher success rate on hamstring would make it a lot more likely to be used
also timer increase on max concentrate (i think they are doing that though, right? )
