v.149 - Legacy of Nine Update Notes

Am I missing something with guild skills? Whenever I try to add an SP to a skill the 'Level Up Skill' button just goes grey and nothing happens.
Do you need GP/IGP in order to apply points?

I didn't have any problems adding guild skills, but I know other people did. [MENTION=10940]ani[/MENTION];

I just clicked on the skill and then clicked the "Level Up Skill" button, and got guild skills added without any problems.
