If the skills are nx only then I'm guessing the only "upgrades" here are higher price and perma duration. Skills being tied to a single pet is definitely a nerf.
Yeah, there's only 2 things a Lv30 pet is good for:
1) Showing off if people actually click on you
2) Making -magna Taru iTCG weapons, unless they removed that requirement.
