Diablo III: Reaper of Souls

I don't know why they can't do it like wow with individual crits on ticks.

I've read SO many threads on this. If they want to make a crit build viable, it should be fun as well. I refuse to play my WD if I have to fish for crits, since I very much like DoT builds.
