I like the part at the beginning of a job where you can FEEL the difference in power as you level up. Especially when the difference comes with just 1 point in each skill. That's what's nice about when you first hit 4th job. Most 4th jobs have a lot of useful skills that you can leave one point in and still find a significant improvement over 3rd job.

I like choice, I feel confident enough to pick which skills I want without fear of "screwing up."
