Diablo III: Reaper of Souls

So how much did Frozen Orb really get nerfed? Regardless, better plan that Sleetstorm Melee Wizard build.

Honestly, overall Frozen Orb is a little worse, but it's not that big of a deal in my opinion. My only problem with the change is that it doesn't seem like the hit range fits the animation anymore. My build wasn't really affected at all. I don't know what this super special Frozen Orb build was, either.

Also them portraits.

I think they look dumb with the stars. I saw someone post them on reddit with an In-Game screenshot and I thought they looked pretty dumb In-Game too.

It's mostly the Electrocute nerf that hurt the build. I haven't read anything on how much the Frozen Orb fixes affected the setup. There's also the whole "Double / Triple Dip" thing from Frozen Orb that people still aren't sure is intended or not.

What's the whole "Double / Triple Dip" thing?
