Are Steelys being hacked?

That and the mobs at mysterious path 3 drop steelies faster than a hooker drops her panties. I've gotten 5-6 sets of steelies in about 8 levels there.

Then again, it gives low-funded thieves and exisiting thieves to stock up on those stars like no tomorrow.
