Oh well if it rolled that way sure, a little luck I suppose if it did in fact roll with sockets and he didn't roll that himself, sockets don't show they've been rerolled. But the fire damage and resource reduction always rolls as does either dex, str or int, so he got lucky rolling the vit and the sockets if they did roll.
