Mts?

Hello BasilMarket, about two hours ago i put my 10 ATK WG in MTS for 17,000 NX (18,800 after tax). I went afk for about an hour. then when i came back to check MTS, the WG was gone but no NX! I'm very frustrated with this Please help me with some suggestions! I really need help!

EDIT: Logged a Ticket say, ''Hello Nexon, this is my first ticket i have logged of my 3 years of maple. Please try to bare with me. Today about 3 hours ago, i I put a 10 Weapon ATK Work Glove in MTS for 17,000 Nexon Cash (18,800 after Tax). I went AFK for about an hour then i came back to check my account. I clicked on Trade to find i had LOST the Work Glove and i had received NO Nexon Cash! Please help me, i'm frustrated with this glitch.''

Is it true? I use MTS a LOT so I want to know whether or not it's happened to people who use SP.
