More than 1 row of buffs?

Did anyone manage to get more than 1 row of buffs, when there is NO timer on screen?
I think I had more than 1 line of buffs and it didn't show up as a second line, maybe went out of screen?

That would almost be three rows of buffs I think? But I think they only start doing that if you're fighting a boss or like you said a timer was up.
