8 att scrolls post red

I have a quick question about those scrolls, would icogs still be better than 10 all stat? Or what would the breaking point be.
Stuff like this confuses me



They could, an idea would be to make that scroll a hot time, and the rest of that stuff a hot day.

But then people would still miss it.

The breakpoint is when 10 ALL gives a larger boost to your DPS than the max WA/MA iCoGs give (I don't remember the max value). Suffice to say, I don't bet on hitting 5 WA/MA every time I throw an iCoG. But wait iCoGs raise stats too...

Just figure out your total pot-able relevant stats, and your total pot-able WA/MA, then figure out the fractional changes.
