Le board with only lack of rule "spam rule only rule not enforced"

Because it's a pain in the ass and a waste of time, quite frankly. Someone clicks "what's new?" and gets a pointless thread. Someone sees a bunch of new posts in Shenanigans and thinks there's some great thing going on when there isn't.

Oh sorry, I check back every few hours and see "whats new" and there is 3 posts. I dont even bother to check them and leave. A forum can have community, stop putting down my culture man. We are people too.
