If a lukless did signifigantly more dmg, then I would say regular luk is useless. But this isn't the case.

It is still cheaper and stronger to be lukless and gives more MP total.
Not to say that LUK is bad...
If it is planned per say for a 103 elemental staff- it would be great and cheaper than a 130/70 elemental wand build.
