For everyone thinking a new potential tier means something above Legendary: Read. Stop. Think. Read again. Then type.
If it is nothing more than 1% and no impact on Boss Damage or Ignore DEF, then I'd say that some thought did in fact go into the decision. Moreso than what we'd typically associate with Nexon, so that, in of itself, is a good sign.
They change %Accuracy now? That's better than nothing, but I now have a shield, most recently obtained, that cackles at me with a
30% Boss Damage
9% Accuracy
20% Boss Damage
I really want to recube that dork. I shouldn't though, right?
90% +9/+3!!! Squee! I landed my first 20% +9/+3 yesterday but if this can help me along...squee!
