Scroll for 1h Sword for... Accuracy?

The point of the scrolls is so that you'd be able to put points that would have gone into dex for accuracy into str instead; not everyone has that fancy equipment.

Ok I get what you're saying but at that point people would rather go for weapon att > more strength, if you get what I'm saying.
