End boss KOed me cause I wasn't using Power Elixirs - I think he hit for ~75% of my hp. (on my Hayato, 16k total, 12k hit)
With Big Spider + Greed Pendant + inner ability 8% drop (should be 88% drop total or over 100% if they multiply) I got 0 from 2 stages, 3 from Kanna, 5 from Hayato, and 1 from the rest. Added up to 60 without killing the end boss.
3 totems @ 1000 each = ~40 runs with good drops (75/run), ~60 with worse (50/run). It's open for 14 days in the UI. By that standard most people are not going to earn a single totem.
Cost for 45 extra runs = 1350 nx atm. (note: 30nx per 1 is cheaper than 390nx per 11) My account has the 90% discount on... 16400 NX normally for 45 runs.
