Why are you trying to kill Gollux at level 140/150? Is it your personal goal to go kill a boss with a couple of passives maxed, and 1 level in your main bossing skill (not to mention a lack of Hypers) at best? Why not try at a higher level, when you have more of your class's potential unlocked?
Some people like to fight bosses early, i'm not saying I don't personally know people with high ranges. But before I was in the current guild i'm in I knew no one with a range higher then 30k. If I weren't semi-funded on my Evan I pretty much would have to try to solo bosses which.. 9 times out of ten didn't go well for me till 190+ ..and I worked hard for all the equipment i have so it wasn't for a lack of trying.

Back when the best money came from running Zakum, HT, and CWKPQ, you had to be strong enough to begin with to fight them.
It's true that two or three unfunded characters could fill for one superfunded "pro", but squad organizers preferred the "pro" anyway because he was HP washed and would survive where all three unfundeds would get wiped, and because appling him was seen as cheaper than giving three people apples.
See that's the problem though no one wants to really party up. Why? Well there are multiple reasons. But i'll focus on the two I feel would increase party orientated bossing KMS' boss party drop; Everyone gets the item if one person picks it up. And second well... the lack of availability this problem is more so in my server. If there WERE more people willing to take the steps to fight bosses together and actually feel like the party will succeed then this issue will stop. While the second problem is uncontrollable the first one is, besides the coins I dunno if other drops are like PQ drops. (If they are like this for Gollux then excuse me for wasting your time).

If you're not strong enough to take on a level, you have to fund yourself via the lower levels to attempt to one day be able to take on that thing you first deemed impossible. When you finally get there, your rewards is making 5b from the pendant/belt that you loot. Do you get what I'm saying?
I get your point you need to put in the work to achieve your goal not expect to make a lot right off the bat. Believe me I know.. the problem is that some players aren't able to buy nx all the time to merch, and with the lost of the Crimson wood Exchange quest it widen that gap. I won't go into detail about why i can't buy nx all the time, but the point I was trying to make is there are some players if not a lot that simply can't afford millions of cubes to make strong items TO kill strong boss. So you have to understand that the little income that they do make they use after saving up enough to BUY strong items to get stronger. It wouldn't be an issue if Nexon made cubes(not those horrid cubes that drop your tier) drop from 160+ mobs or area bosses or if they just brought back the exchange quest. Its not like weaker players can just ask stronger players to kill bosses for them, most 'Elite' players are arrogant selfish pricks. Green4ever proved that point fairly clear.
