Phantom Cash Shop Outfit Effect

I think the last that I checked, the hat solely triggers the effect. Please correct me if I'm wrong anyone.

Btw, is that outfit perma and available in the CS, or are they limited.. :/
I can't check maple atm, and I don't see any updates about the outfit on GMS's siste.

Well if that is true, that's awesome.

The outfit is limited, like most good stuff in the cash shop. I think the last time it was available was through Surprise Style Boxes, but I could be wrong.

No idea if it will be coming back, it's just something I've always wanted to get, and i'm curious about it.

I have this set from when it first came out, It's tied to the hat only.

The cape has a smaller effect where little cards follow you around.
