this is also true, but the lillies had an impossibly low drop rate taking some people 4 hours of 4x drop just to get 7 of them! but his answer to the question about the drop rate was

We're looking into a way to get a better rate of Level 80 Taru stuff out there.
So they possibly might lower the pet lvl reqs also, seeing as they want to increase the amount of lvl 80 taru weapons.
