Definitly is outdated. Biggs' quest, IIRC, got the update of 1 orange mushroom cap and 5 blue snail shells when we got the colored work gloves and sporty caps. Now, Fruit Knives are non-existant aside from those who have them from before the quest. You only get a Razor from the quest, and it is untradable. You can still buy tradable ones from the shop on island, though.
Also, almost all of those map updates were added for gMS at some point. Snail Hunting Ground III, however, never had Stumps and Red Snails.
We got another update after that one. Split Road, Field West/East of Amherst, and a few others are changed. There's also the addition of West Field of Southperry.
