Yeah, one of the things I was hoping for in RED was better range on Impale and some adjustments to the animation but that never happened. I think Phantom Blow has a bigger range because it's a 1v1 skill, which tends to have more range then mobbing skills. The range on Dark Impale is still stupid though.
