Do note that no source was given in that BBS post, so it's a high probability that the information about these skills are entirely falsified. Only time will tell.
I will add one personal note that I will be severely disappointed if any version of MapleStory gets hyper skills for the Japanese original classes before Japan. That's like giving a middle finger to the birthday boy when passing out cake.
