Why is my damage range so low?

I thought my gear was better than that, but I guess not. This is what I have currently

helm - 38 int, 21 luk, 3% int
cape - 8 int, 7 magic atk
glove - 29 int, 13 magic atk, all stats +5
shoes - 5 int, 5 magic atk, 8 luk, all stats +5, 3% int
belt - 6 int, 6 luk, 6% int
face - 2 int, 1 magic atk
overall - 6% int, 18 int
pendant - 13 magic atk, 10 int, 6 luk
earrings - 6% int, 5 magic atk, 4 int
shoulders - 6% int, 3 magic atk, 6 int, 6 luk
white gold book
rings (total stats of all 4) - 6% int, 15 int, 15 luk, 6 magic atk
weapon - 195 magic atk, 69 int, 3% int
total stats - 1670 int (+850), 299 magic atk no buffs or pots

I'll have to look up the items you mentioned and work on the codex.
