How do you deal with rude players on Maple?

Whenever I meet someone I can't stand, I usually report for harassment (include a chat log if possible), defame, then log off so they can't get revenge. This really pisses them off. Then if you get on more characters and defame them, they become ever more mad. And it's fun seeing them mad

But the only thing to do otherwise is take it or leave it.
