In eMS, the following happened:
All the circulators you had could be traded in for circulators that can go up to legendary (but cannot change the lines when they're legendary...), and can lower the rank. You got more of these circulators when you leveled your honor by using the drops from mobs and bosses. These CS circulators are probably only usefull if you have legendary inner potential.
