Gotta be optimistic. Maybe the in-game circulators remain as they were, doing random things to your Inner Potential, and the new Cash Shop one just has the advantage of never lowering the rank? (Kind of like the Jett dust thingies) I want to think they'd say something about it in the patch notes if the existing circulators changed.
