"Inner Abilities have been renamed "Inner Potentials" for consistency.
Inner Potential lines now will unlock through quests at levels 30, 50, and 70. These quests can be accepted from the light bulb notifier on the left side of your game window."
Does this mean we get the revamped Inner Abilities? Now I'm wondering if I should use my Circulators now before the patch tomorrow...
