Adding to this, if you're ever unsure as to when a patch is, Nexon has been using the following formula for a while:
Patch Highlights go up on the Friday before the patch
Patch Update Notes go up the night before the patch (usually fairly late)
Patches almost always happen on Wednesdays (this is also the day that maintenance occur, most of the time)
Patches usually start around 11PM PST on Tuesday nights (at least they have for the past few patches) and end early in the morning.
