Having a strong PIC is pointless most of the time simply because if you're going to get hacked, you're going to get hacked (as stupid as that sounds). I dare say more people got hacked in those database leaks a while back than the total number of actual successful bruteforce attempts over the entire game's history. No strong PIC would have saved your rear at the time.
