I made one a long time ago, but it's the point at which you will 100% hit at that rate, not when you'll hit at the rate which will be worthwhile to fight with.

Notice what it says about 2hk with level 10 Genesis? I was doing well 2hk with 900 magic on my level 10 Genesis. The reason is that even if your min hit is lower than what would be needed to 2hk, your average hit may still yet be high enough.
