I like the idea of this one with a more slender vertical look, or something similar to what we have now. Might just be me, but it's whatever ways to reduce the size of those big and wide UI windows.

I did some of my own edits (sorry for the crappy editing). It's pretty similar to the one above, but with some flip flopping around. And obviously, it's not perfect and it shouldn't be sent as is, but the idea is there. Reducing the empty space as well as trying to give it the efficient and slender look. The job advancement tabs can be changed to fit depending on the class, probably only just Evans.
