The reason why there are barely any level 80 weapons in the market is that you need a level 30 pet, which requires 30k EXP. Unless you buy a whole bunch of NX pet food or train your pet all day at pet park, you won't be getting there really quick.
I think the Dragon Clan has something to do with Elias and Cecelia?
