I don't know, I lost interest in it not long after watching it(the games of it I played were cool though), just remember a few people fell into comas or something playing it.It isn't an original plot by any means. the first arc is basically that, with a main character who is stupidly overpowered. then the second arc mixes things up a slight bit, but at the same time completely removes all sense of tension out of the show by removing the chance of death, yet the characters still acted like everything was super important life or death which got annoying fast. Also it only follows video game rules when it feels like it for dramatic purposes.
I still don't understand why it is so popular, it's the most generic anime I have ever seen in my life, and I've watched a lot.
