Here is what I think about some of these changes

Job's revamp: They all end up generalizing jobs more than they actually fix each of their problems so I can't say I am excited about it. Those class quotes are nice and I'd love if they were expanded to create and use a concept of each class that puts them further apart from the others, but not just it is hard with so many jobs still popping up but Nexon doesn't seem to really care about it either. I'll just see what comes out of this.

Profession revamp: This one is tricky to be honest. THe biggest problem I find with this system and items in gerenal is that nothing really matters when you consider the potential system. WHat I am trying to say is, even if you craft the best weapon using the smithing profession, a regular one of the same kind can still overpower it by far with just a bit of potential. This goes the same way for armor and accesories. Unless this profession revamp can do something about it, then I doubt this change will matter really . Same goes with alchemism, at least in GMS as we have NLC pots.

In my opipnion the best solution to that problem would be recode potential to work based off the stats of each item rather than the base stats of the player, that way the stat of each item will become more important than ever making both good drops and crafting more relevant as well and without shafting potential and Nexon's income in the slightest.

Storyline for adventures: Sounds like a nice addition... considering they make it big and continously update it. If this goes like with Legends, which mostly expand until lvl 70 and then are left cliffhanging, then its gonna be sadder than exciting. A little suggestion would be make each class start in their home towns rather than MapleIsland. I know all nostalgia fans will jump at me for that but there's better ground to start the story in each town, as a perion native or a student of the archer academy or member of an assaulting gang, than as a dweller of mapleisland that wishes to travel, not to mention each story can be different that way.

Security Reinforcement: Sounds more like a present to publishers out of Korea than it is for maplers. That is, if it deals with the way hackers keep creating tools to manipulate the game.

New Area: Better be lvl 200+. I'm disappointed of Future Perion from what I've seen about it and ever since the max lvl was expanded to lvl 250, lvls 100-150 became the new lvl 70-100 gap where they release content that overlaps on each other. If 5th job is coming, all the more reason to release a lvl 200 area, with a good story please.

Now since its most likely that this is not everything that's being prepared for the update and other changes will be added from here to the months until winter, heres a small list of some changes I wish they'd add:

- UI revamp: Why not? Games don't reach a decade running all the time...

- Character sprites revamp: Definitely why not? It's the only thing about the game thats never been changed in 10 years.

- All areas to become party play and all bosses to become LHC-like: More maps become usefull, less crowding, more partying = sharing, what Nexon wishes us to do. I just dont see a downside to this.

- Voices for ALL jobs... I like them :3

-Scroll system revamp: First of all get rid of all the individual scrolls for each weapon and make just 3 types: 2H weapon, 1H weapon, Magic weapon. Just why the heck there has to be 1 for each individual weapon?. Also I dont really see a point to the enhancement scrolls. Make this an option of the profession system which requires minerals crystals and even plants to enhance existing items. Basically the same system we got now but without scrolls.
